Rates above are based upon a two person occupancy. There is an extra occupant fee of $10 per night for each additional guest over two occupants.

CLEANING: A linen cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each stay.

TAXES: All rates subject to 9.7% tax.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit is charged based on length of stay and number of guests. The deposit is refunded within seven days of your check-out date.

RESERVATIONS: To secure your reservation, 40% of the total amount for your stay is due at the time you book your vacation. The remainder is due before you check-in.
